Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction - The Following Conditions apply to all Tenants.
2.1 Tenants may book in advance or on arrival. Flats are subject to availability and Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason or in the event of unforeseen circumstances . There is no restriction unless specified during events period.
2.2 Full Payment is required 30 days before arrival. 10% deposit of the total reservation amount is required at the time of booking.
2.3 Tenants are required to provide a pre-authorisation of £350.00 refundable deposit on a valid credit card at arrival which will be released after departure. The deposit will be used to offset against any debt / damage occurred during the stay. Damage is considered to be above all reasonable wear and tear.
Any wilful damage to furniture / fixtures / fittings – deliberate acts of malice / flooding / smoking / use of naked flames / deliberate stains / breakages will be charged.
3. Check-in and Check-out Times
3.1 Tenants may check-in at any time from 3.00 p.m. onwards on day of arrival. Tenants must notify Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments that he/she will be arriving after 10pm. Check in after 10pm will result in a £75 late check in fee at minimum which will increase after 12pm.
3.2 On departure, Tenants must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 11.00am. Failure to do so will entitle Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments to charge for an additional night.
4.1 Charges will be at Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments’ current room rates as displayed online and are available on request. Price lists for additional items, such as crockery and cutlery are available on request.
5.1 Reservation will be charged within 48 hours of the booking been made. Tenants must pay all outstanding charges prior to departure. We accept all major debit & credit cards.
5.2 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments reserve the right to use the Tenants credit card details to deduct from their account any unpaid outstanding balances i.e. late room charges, fumigation of the bedroom, damage charges (please see 2.3)
6.1 Tenancy agreements are made under the Prepayment package and are non-refundable. Tenancy agreements are made under flexible booking is cancellable as per the term & conditions noted on your reservation.
7.1 In the unlikely event that Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments does not, for any reason, have the required number and types of flats available as per the Tenancy agreements, Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments reserves the right to relocate the Tenant to an alternative Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments of a similar standard in the same locality. The extra and reasonable accommodation expenses incurred for equivalent accommodation (for the first night only) shall be at Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments discretion, which will normally be exercised in favour of the Client, be borne by Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments. The acceptance of this obligation (which will not release the Tenants of the obligation to pay Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments the relevant charges) shall be in lieu of all other liabilities or obligations, which are hereby expressly excluded. The Tenant acknowledges that Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Tenant in consequence of the relocation of the Tenant.
8. Right of Refusal
8.1 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments reserves the right to refuse a Tenant entry and accommodation if on arrival, the management reasonably considers that the Tenants are under the influence of drink or drug or are behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner or undertaking in any unlawful act in or off the premises.
9.1 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments reserves the right to require a Tenant to leave immediately and terminate the agreement or booking if - He / She/ They / Them is or are causing a disturbance, noise related issues, annoying other Tenants or Crawford Suites Apartments staff or is/ are behaving in an unacceptable manner or undertaking in any unlawful act.
10. Crawford Suites House Rules
10.1 Tenants shall comply with all reasonable rules and procedures in effect at Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments, including but not limited to health and safety and security procedures and statutory requirements as to registration.
10.2 Tenants are allowed Registered Guide or Assistance Dogs only. No other pets are permitted. Guests will be unable to book online if bringing their pet.
10.3 Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult Tenants in the room at all times.
10.4 Tenants shall comply at all times with any Fire / Building Evacuation
11.1 Tenants with valuables should place them in safe provided in the room. Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments will not be liable for any loss of or damage to valuables placed in the room safe.
11.2 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments accepts NO liability for the loss of any tenant possessions
11.3 It is the tenants liability to ensure that the tenants possessions are suitably insured
12. Losses, Liabilities and Length of term
12.1 Tenants must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately on discovery to the Crawford Suites Apartment’s Lost Property, Security or other appropriate staff members, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments to the Police.
12.2 Property that is left behind in the Tenants Flat will be kept for 6 weeks. All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending on value. If we send articles back to the customer, we will charge a postage and packaging fee to the credit card on file.
12.3 Tenants shall not enter areas of Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments which are indicated as being closed to the public. Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a Tenant in such areas.
12.4 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments shall not be liable to a Tenants for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or Negligence of a Tenants where the Tenants remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned.
12.5 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Crawford Suites Apartment’s control.
12.6 If payments are not made in line with the duration of occupancy then Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments will terminate the agreement for the remaining duration of occupancy.
12.7 For the avoidance of doubt, Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments’ negligence.
12.8 Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a Tenants vehicle, unless caused by Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments’ wilful misconduct.
12.9 Tenants will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments.
12.10 These Conditions shall be governed by British law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
12.11 If Tenants require a longer stay, the Tenants will need to contact reception/ management team to discuss availability / pricing if available.
13 Smoking & Naked Flames
13.1 Smoking is not permitted throughout the property.
13.2 The use of open flame is not permitted throughout the property.
14 . Accessibility Statement.
Crawford Suites Serviced Apartments operates in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and the Equality Act 2010 and, as such, we encourage all prospective guests to talk to us about any special accommodation requirements they may have.
We will be pleased to discuss our most appropriate accommodation solutions with the aim of making all guests' stay as comfortable as possible.
